Founded in 2003, GALVAZA is part of the group of companies held by VigentGroup SGPS, SA. The company specialises in hot-dip galvanizing and was set up by its shareholders to expand capacity and competitiveness in this sector across the Iberian Peninsula, in response to growing demand.
The company operates a modern plant dedicated exclusively to hot-dip galvanizing. As well as galvanizing its own products, it offers this service to external customers for steel and iron parts. Centrifugal galvanizing is also available, so we can treat parts of every kind: from bolts, screws and general hardware to beams, poles and large tanks.
This batch anti-corrosion treatment, carried out in accordance with EN ISO 1461, produces zinc coatings on steel or iron articles by immersing them in a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450 °C ± 5 °C.
Our facilities can process parts up to 12,400 × 2,200 × 2,800 mm.
